Advanced Full Body Workout Routine : Day 1 Chest and Abs

Chest Exercises

  • Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 10 reps (adding weight)
  • Incline Bench Press 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Chest Dips 3 Sets 8 reps
  • Dumbbell Fly Press 4 sets of 10 reps

Abs Exercise

  • Exercise Ball Crunch 3 sets of 20 reps
