Advanced Full Body Workout Program : Day 1 Chest and Abs

Chest Exercises

  • Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 10 reps (adding weight)
  • Incline Bench Press 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Chest Dips 3 Sets 8 reps
  • Dumbbell Fly Press 4 sets of 10 reps

Abs Exercise

  • Exercise Ball Crunch 3 sets of 20 reps

Advanced Full Body Workout Program : Day 2 Back and Abs

Back Exercises

  • Wide Grip Pull Up 5 sets of 10 reps
  • Lat Pull Down 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Seated Row 4 sets of 10 reps
  • One Arm Dumbbell Row 3 sets of 10 reps

Abs Exercise

  •  Decline Crunch 3 sets MAX reps

  • 45 Degree Leg Press 4 sets of 10 reps

  • Seated calf Raise 4 sets of 12 reps
  • 45 Degree Calf Press 4 sets of 12 reps

Abs Exercise

  • Plank 3 sets  as long as possible

Abs Exercise

  • Hanging Leg Raise sets MAX reps
