chin ups 5 sets of 10 reps

dead lifts 5 sets of 10 reps

lateral raise 5 sets of 10 reps

Second set

incline dumbbell press 5 sets of 10 reps

bent over barbell row 5 sets of 10 reps

overhead press 5 sets of 10 reps

Third set

seated row 5 sets of 10 reps

machine fly 5 sets of 10 reps

high pull of 5 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell Rear Delt Flye 5 sets of 10 reps
