  • Close Grip Bench Press: 4 Sets of 8 Reps;
  • Triceps Push downs: 4 Sets of 8 Reps;
  • EZ Bar Skull crusher: 4 Sets of 10 Reps;
  • Cable Kickback: 4 Sets of 12 Reps;
  • EZ Bar Curl: 4 Sets of 8 Reps;
  • Wide Grip Curl: 4 Sets of 8 Reps;
  • Hammer Curl: 4 Sets of 8 Reps (each hand);
  • Concentration Curl: 4 Sets of 12 Reps;
  • Standing wrist curl behind back: 4 Sets x failure;
  • Reverse barbell wrist curl over bench: 4 Sets x failure.
