  • Seated Dumbbell Overhead Press 5 sets of 10-20 reps
  • Seated Lateral Raise 4 sets of 12, 15, 6, 8 reps
  • Dumbbell Front Raise 3 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raise
  • 3 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Seated Barbell Shoulder Press 5 sets of 20 reps

  • Assisted Pull up 5 sets of 20 reps
  • Neutral-Grip Pull down 4 sets of 12-15 reps
  • T-Bar Row 4 sets of 15 reps
  • Machine Low Row 4 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Seated Cable Row 4 sets of 12, 15, 6, 8 reps
  • Rope Push down 4 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Rack Pull 5 sets of 12-15 reps
