  • Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 5 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 sets of 4 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Flye 5 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Dumbbell Bench Press 3 sets As long as possible reps
  • Pec Deck Flye 4 sets of 15-20 reps
