Intermediate Full Body Workout Routine : Day 4 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

Chest Exercises

  • Barbell Bench Press 4 sets of 12 reps (adding weight)
  • Dumbbell Fly Press 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Cable Crossovers 3 Sets 10 reps

Shoulders Exercises

  • Seated Dumbbell Press 4 sets of 12 reps
  • One Arm Cable Lateral Raise 4 sets of 12 reps

Triceps Exercises

  • Close Grip Bench Press 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Lying Dumbbell Extension 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Triceps Kickback 3 sets of 10 reps
